Applicants must meet all eligibility and program requirements. Fresh Start Checking Account does not allow access to Courtesy Pay or check usage. With the completion of the Fresh Start Coaching Plan, Fresh Start Checking may be eligible for conversion to Simplicity Checking after 6 months of positive account history; positive account history is defined in the Fresh Start Coaching Plan.
