Jackson, MI – American 1 Credit Union is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest full-service branch in Jackson County, located at 135 Robinson Rd. This exciting addition, attached to the newly constructed Kelly Fuels Mobil gas station, will open its doors on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
This location marks the credit union’s ninth branch in Jackson County, furthering its mission to provide exceptional financial services to the local community. The Robinson Rd. Branch will feature drive-thru lanes, a drive-up ATM, and extended hours for added convenience. To celebrate, American 1 Credit Union, Kelly Fuels, and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, March 12, from 4 PM to 6 PM. Community members are invited to join in the celebration, with complimentary snacks and beverages provided.
Leading this new branch is Jason Braun, who has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Robinson Rd. Branch. Braun, a dedicated team member since 2013, has held various roles at the credit union, including Account Specialist, Member Service Specialist, Branch Manager, and Central District Manager.
“My passion is creating financial wellness for our membership while providing the best possible member experience,” Braun shared. “I enjoy elevating the member experience alongside a team of like-minded individuals who prioritize the same values. My journey through various roles in branch operations has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to share my knowledge with our team and the communities we serve.”
As Branch Manager, Braun will report to Renee Underwood, Western Regional Manager.
