American 1 Credit Union announced the promotion of Jenni Knorr to Contact Center District Manager.
Knorr, working with American 1 Credit Union beginning in 2020, most recently held the position of Lending Specialist Manager. In her tenure with American 1, she also managed the Adrian, Michigan branch, giving her a strong sense of quality member service. Knorr also brings an extensive background in retail management, strengthening the leadership skills necessary to complete her new role.
In her new role, Knorr is responsible for overseeing the high-level operations of the Contact Center Specialist Department, the E-Services Department, the Lending Specialist Department, and the Downtown Branch located at 100 E, Michigan Ave, ensuring they are meeting member needs in an uncomplicated and convenient manner.

I cannot wait to build upon this goal as the Contact Center District Manager.”
Knorr officially accepted her position in October 2023 and reports to Keleigh Ballinger, Vice President of Branch Operations.
