American 1 Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Maryanne Vanderkamp as the new Battle Creek Branch Manager.
Vanderkamp joins American 1 Credit Union with 15 years of customer service management experience. Most recently, she served as a Branch Manager for a local financial institution in the Battle Creek area, showcasing her expertise in leadership and member-focused service.

Vanderkamp is joining the new Battle Creek branch, which is scheduled to open in February of 2025. This will be the credit union’s second branch in Calhoun County, and will be located at 1 S Bedford Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037. This full-service location will include drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM. The branch will also feature extended hours for added convenience.
Vanderkamp joined the Branch Operations team as the Battle Creek Branch Manager in April of 2024, working with Keleigh Ballinger, Vice President of Branch Operations.
